At Make we invite our active users to take part in regular community challenges. As part of this, we ask Make users from around the world to show creative, real-world automations, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with Make.
For our latest challenge, we asked the community to present a practical yet powerful solution that they’ve built using Make AI Agents. Even though the competition was tough, there was one entrant that stood out.
Eduardo Cifre Sanchez, founder of InfiniteSignal.io and RankingSuperior.com, used agentic automation to solve a very human problem. Eduardo’s innovation helps Spanish farmers navigate the confusing, stressful world of electronic invoicing, with a solution that involves simply talking to a messaging app. After decades of using only pen and paper, they can now create online invoices in seconds.
Eduardo has since turned this idea into a fully-fledged SaaS product called billfast.ai.

The challenges
Spanish farmers faced three main invoicing challenges.
A digital push in a paper-based world
In Spain, authorities have recently demanded that even small-scale farmers switch to electronic invoicing. But for many older farmers, often over 60 and unfamiliar with computers, this shift has caused confusion, anxiety, and lost time.
Every minute of admin costs money
With profit margins already under pressure, time spent on administrative work is an expense farmers can’t afford. With new regulations, they had to manually create and scan invoices, deliver receipts to the office, and organize files. This process took up to 15 minutes per invoice and 10+ minutes per expense.
Farmers’ technology resistance
Even the most advanced tools are useless if people don’t feel comfortable using them. Most farmers have no interest in apps or logins. But they did use Telegram and WhatsApp daily, and that became the entry point for change.
The solution
With no prior coding experience, Eduardo used Make to learn everything from iterators and dynamic queries to building smart logic for different invoice types, automatic folder creation, and multi-product invoice formatting.

Talk-to-invoice: The AI Agent for farmers
Eduardo built a powerful but simple automation: an AI Agent that communicates through Telegram or WhatsApp. A farmer can send a voice message, for example, “Invoice for Pepe, 8kg tomatoes, €1.80/kg”, and the agent:
- Interprets the voice message
- Fills in missing details conversationally
- Generates a VAT-compliant PDF
- Uploads it to Google Drive (auto-sorted by year/month)
- Logs the data in a Google Sheet for easy accountant access
The best part? Everything is handled by free tools farmers already know, like Telegram, Google Sheets, and Google Drive - with Make’s AI orchestrating all the logic and API integrations behind the scenes.

From farming to freelancing: Scaling into a SaaS
As the farming community embraced the solution, word spread. Soon, real estate agents, freelancers, and construction firms were asking to use it too. Eduardo is now turning it into a fully-fledged SaaS product powered by Make with voice-controlled invoice and quote generation, expense tracking, and soon, payment integration.
The results
Eduardo’s agentic automation has achieved remarkable results, both in time savings and real business value:
- Invoicing time reduced from 15 minutes to under 20 seconds
- Expense logging cut from 12 minutes to ~10 seconds
- Estimated monthly savings of €2,000–2,500
- Eliminated the need for a full-time admin role, saving on salary, healthcare, and taxes
Conclusion
Eduardo’s journey shows that automation isn’t just for enterprises or engineers. It’s for anyone with a problem worth solving. With Make, he turned a high-stakes challenge in agriculture into a scalable, AI-powered solution, now live as billfast.ai, that’s expanding rapidly across industries.
