Summarize daily team updates for managers

People teams and managers collect end of day and standup form responses by hand, copying each one into a shared tracker and sorting it by team. Managers then read every entry themselves to spot blockers and recurring themes. The work is repetitive, responses get missed or filed under the wrong team, and blockers surface too late to act on.

At the end of each working day, the automation retrieves that day's standup responses from the form tool, matches each respondent to their team and manager using the team directory, and logs every entry in the central update record sorted by team. It then uses AI to summarize each team's entries into a digest of blockers, recurring themes, and items needing follow up, and sends the digest to that team's manager.
